1:1 Sessions

Hey there,

My name is Diana, and I’m a trained psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation teacher with an intuitive knack and I’m here to support you on your healing journey. My goal is to provide a space where you feel open and safe to share your current struggles. In our sessions you will learn how to make peace with your mind, friends with your feelings and reconnect to your intuition (the part of you that has the answers, that loves you unconditionally and knows what’s best for you). You’ll learn strategies to use in your everyday life and will come away from your sessions with confidence and courage to embrace life’s challenges and enjoy it along the way too. 🙂

Many clients report that they have a new lease on life after our sessions, they know how to handle difficult emotions healthily, their relationship with themselves and others are transformed and many clients often find their true purpose work through the work we do. My hope and wish is to guide you to the deepest knowing of yourself and support you to rise to your highest potential in ALL areas of your life.

Online Sessions:

Sessions are online via a safe and secure video conferencing platform called Zoom.
The great thing about online therapy is that sessions can be done in your home, hotel room, office, wherever you are that’s distraction free and comfortable. Online therapy also:
  • eliminates travel time
  • avoids stress/anxiety about getting to appointments on time
  • is available to anyone anywhere

What do I need for online sessions?

  • A good wifi connection (must be able to stream tv shows, Netflix without any issues)
  • A computer, tablet or phone with a camera and a microphone (most have these in built)
  • A quiet, comfortable and private room where you will not be disturbed
  • Zoom (video conferencing software or app, its free and easy to set up)

FAQs about online therapy:

Is online therapy as effective as in person therapy?

Yes, there is no difference and it is much more convenient and comfortable.

Is online therapy suitable for everyone?

Online therapy is not suitable for anyone in a crisis situation e.g. suicidal or having psychotic symptoms. Please call your local suicide hotline, crisis assessment team (CAT) at your local hospital, or emergency services (000 in Australia).

60-75 mins AUD $180

Packages:

  • New clients – Receive 3 x 1:1 sessions for AUD$490 (save $50)
  • 5 x 1:1 sessions for AUD $800 (save $100)
