What is Counselling?
Counselling is a space where you can come and talk to me about whatever issues you are facing. It doesn’t matter how big or small they are, I am all ears. In our session/s you will have the space to openly discuss whatever it is that is bothering you, and we can discuss what you need. Sometimes you might just need to vent, other times you might need an objective opinion or strategies to use in your life.
What issues do I help people with?
I specialise in helping adults overcome anxiety and trauma however I help adults with a range of mental health and life issues including:
- Social Anxiety
- Childhood trauma
- Relationship Issues
- Abandonment issues
- Eating disorders / food issues
- Insomnia & Sleeping issues

My approach to counselling:
I have been seeing Diana for several months now, and I cannot express our life-changing it has been. I can really say that Diana basically saved my life. Her approach has been fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone considering counselling.

Diana is amazing and unique, and incredibly real. Even in a few sessions I felt connected to what I was saying, and to what she was saying. Very quickly, I was able to action outcomes that have shaped me significantly. I haven’t quite met someone who listens like Diana does, she empathises and then hits me in the face (not literally) with proactive strategies that align with who I am. Book in a session without hesitation. One of the best investments I have made.
Diana is so wonderful and intuitive. She is not only a wonderful counsellor, giving practical tools, but she is a kind and generous soul. I would recommend her hands down to anyone who asks (and I have).
During my time working with Diana, I have found her to be insightful, professional, caring and passionate about what she does. She has given me a number of useful tools that I can use to move forward in my life and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. I was a bit ambivalent about the Skype format before my first session, but it actually works really well and I can connect with her wherever I am in the world.
