What is Counselling?
Counselling is a space where you can come and talk to me about whatever issues you are facing. It doesn’t matter how big or small they are, I am all ears. In our session/s you will have the space to openly discuss whatever it is that is bothering you, and we can discuss what you need. Sometimes you might just need to vent, other times you might need an objective opinion or strategies to use in your life.
What issues do I help people with?
I specialise in helping adults overcome anxiety and trauma however I help adults with a range of mental health and life issues including:

- Eating disorders / food issues

- Expat Life/ challenges
- Insomnia & Sleeping issues
- Childhood trauma

My approach to counselling:
My main focus is that you feel heard and to help you become your own guru, by being aware of your thinking, learning how to sit with your emotions and work with them (not against them), learning how to tap into your own intuitive guidance and to change your behaviour when necessary. If you learn to listen to your heart and get silent, you will find that you have all the answers with in you, but that you also don’t have to do this journey alone.
I’m not your average therapist, I’m very real, open minded, and will often share my healing journey with you if it’s of benefit to you. Many clients find comfort hearing my stories and knowing that we are all here working through our own crap.

Diana is amazing and unique, and incredibly real. Even in a few sessions I felt connected to what I was saying, and to what she was saying. She has given me a number of useful tools that I can use to move forward in my life and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. I was a bit ambivalent about the Skype format before my first session, but it actually works really well and I can connect with her wherever I am in the world.
