About Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a highly effective way to become a non-smoker. Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind where habits, beliefs, patterns of behaviours and memories are stored. Habits and patterns of behavior get stored in the subconscious by repeating that same behaviour over and over. Once stored in the subconscious the behaviour becomes automatic, you don’t even think about it, that is why so many people find it hard to quit smoking, it is deeply engrained. This is why hypnotherapy is so effective in quitting smoking because it works with the deep part of your mind where your smoking behaviour is stored.

During the hypnotherapy sessions you will be relaxed to a really comfortable level where new positive suggestions of being a non-smoker will be delivered and accepted by your subconscious. The hypnotherapy session will include suggestions targeting your triggers so that you feel empowered to make the positive change to your life.

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state that we go in and out of throughout the day, it is the state where you feel relaxed and absorbed in what you are doing e.g., watching tv, reading a book, day dreaming.

We are lucky to live in a day and age where location is no longer a problem. I offer skype sessions from the comfort of your own home (I will help you to set it up of you don't have it). Therapy and hypnosis is just as effective done via Skype and many find it more convenient and comfortable. All you need is a computer with a good camera and a good wifi connection.
