What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a normal response that everybody experiences from time to time. Normal feelings of anxiety are what drive us to get things done. Different situations can trigger normal feelings of anxiety for example presenting in front of a large group for the first time, a job interview, learning to drive. Anxiety becomes a problem when it interferes with your daily life and functioning.
Symptoms of anxiety differ for everyone, common symptoms can be one or more of the following:

  • Shortness of breath

What to Expect?

Sessions are individualised to your personal situation, triggers and values. You will be taught strategies to deal with every day life and through hypnosis you will change your anxious patterns and beliefs that drive the anxiety response.

In general, you should expect 3 to 5 sessions to fully address your anxiety patterns and make long term positive changes.

Skype Sessions

We are lucky to live in a day and age where location is no longer a problem. I offer skype sessions from the comfort of your own home (I will help you to set it up of you don't have it). Therapy and hypnosis is just as effective done via Skype and many find it more convenient and comfortable. All you need is a computer with a good camera and a good wifi connection.
