About Counselling

Counselling is a conversation between an individual and a qualified therapist that allows you to express your self openly. The therapist acts as a sounding board that is objective and non-judgmental.

Sometimes we all need a little help from someone to guide us through life’s challenges. Using a counsellor is a healthy way to get a fresh outlook on your issue/s. The counselling process helps you to gain understanding of yourself, find peace within and resolution to your issue/s so that you can make positive changes to your life.

Counselling can be short or long term and there is no issue too big or too small for therapy. As a therapist I create a safe place for clients to express their thoughts and emotions and guide clients to understand themselves and patterns of behaviour so that they can make the changes they want and live the most fulfilling life possible.

Skype Sessions

We are lucky to live in a day and age where location is no longer a problem. I offer skype sessions from the comfort of your own home (I will help you to set it up of you don't have it). Therapy and hypnosis is just as effective done via Skype and many find it more convenient and comfortable. All you need is a computer with a good camera and a good wifi connection.
